Meantime - the exhibition بكرا إن شالله - المعرض

Tomorrow "Inshallah", things will get better, we will be able to return to our country, and in the Meantime, we'll continue to love, cooperate and live...Meantime... life continues. 

Meantime... is a collective graphic novel project done by SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL with the collaboration of 5 artists from Lebanon, Syria, and France. For 6 months the artists Diala Birsly, Kamal Hakim, Lena Merhej, Lisa Mandel and Nour Hifaoui Fakhoury met with Syrian refugee families and shared a portion of their daily life. 

Today they share with us what they saw through this graphic novel and exhibition. Meantime exhibition presents the backstage of the project, how the artists went from the field visits to the pages of the novel, and sheds a light on various topics of families stuck between the mountains on the borders of their country and the Mediterranean sea, waiting for better days to come...Inshallah!
