Cabriolet Film Festival will be accepting local and international short film that revolve around the concept of Change. This can entail clear-cut forms of change as those in religion, sex, physical appearance, and weather patterns on one hand and more vague and intricate dimensions of change such as personal development, power shift, foreign and international affairs, social reform, familial and interpersonal relationships, evolution, and revolutionary movements on the other hand.
