Second Cooking Workshop
Dear Members,
it is our pleasure to bring to you the second cooking workshop by Cook&Eat Lebanese.
The workshop will be given by one of the most prominent chefs in Lebanon, Chef Abdallah Khodor, the Executive chef of Le Gray
How:
The cooking workshop will be composed of two parts:
Part 1: cooking under the instructions of Chef Abdallah
Part2: Enjoying the platters prepared for dinner
What:
4 course menu as follows:
Cauliflower Soup
Salmon Kebbe nayyeh
Thai Baked Sea Bass in banana leaf
Roasted Fresh Pineapple
Where:
Tawlet restaurant in Mar Mkhaeil, Chalhoub Building # 22 - ground floor facing Spoiler Center, dead-end street at the corner of Anthurium flower shop Beirut, Lebanon
Cost:
The cost for the workshop & dinner is 75$ per person
You can invite a guest of your choice to enjoy your cooking over dinner for an extra $25. Please ensure your guests arrive by
9:00 pm at the earliest for dinner
(cost excludes drinks)
All you need to do is book your seat by
*paying the fees at any branch of bank Audi (account number: 915981/03 Cookandeat Lebanese SAL - one week in advance) Please make sure to mention your name, phone number and name of workshop on the bank receipt, then emailing us to [email protected] giving us the receipt reference number and number of persons attending (for the workshop & dinner)
*call us on 01/742410, and we will send someone to pick up the fees from your address.
Are you a Cook & Eat member? Have you collected points through your activities on the portal? Now you can redeem your collected points for a special discount. Each 1,000 points = 10%.
You can claim up to 30% discount on the registration fees (which is equivalent to 3,000 points).
