VESPA Rally Paper

A.N.Boukather and Roadster diner under the patronage of the embassy of Italy in Beirut have organized the First event of its kind; Rally paper dedicated for the Vespa riders on the 8^th of June 2014

A launching ceremony took place 2 days before the event to brief the contestants about the rules and regulations of their participation. With the support of Commercial Insurance and the supervision of Yasa and in order to reflect the true image of the civilized motorcycle community, the riders were asked to follow the security measures such as wearing their protective gear at all times and abide by restricted speed limit.

Sunday morning, over 50 Vespas including 4 participants from the Vespa Club-Jordan have started their engines at Bikes & Co. Vespa Showroom Ashrafieh to start this exciting adventure. Having to solve one riddle after the other in order to reveal the next location and gather points. The Riders circulated in the streets of Beirut city passing by the Martyrs square, the national Museum, Verdun and Hazmieh. Everyone gathered at Commercial insurance offices at Starco for Lunch and an exciting gymkhana stage to test our Vespas maneuverability and the riders riding skills before hitting the road again heading to Roadster diner Ashrafieh, Zeitouna Bay, to the Finish Line at Roadster diner Jal el dib.

The amazing spirit of the Vespa lovers made this event an unforgettable memory and the beginning of a series of unorthodox events that will be happening in order to promote the beautiful image of this amazing community of riders

A.N.Boukather promises to make of this event an annual happening for all scooter lovers and Vespaholics on a larger scale year after year to cater everyone in Lebanon and the region.
