Eventions, in partnership with BSL Bank, has launched the 8th edition of Vinifest. As the First Lebanese wine festival, this event has become a tradition well anchored in the customs of Lebanese people.
A first
Vinifest is a dynamic festival always looking for new innovative ideas. Its goal is to emphasize the international dimension of the event. To that effect, we are welcoming Decanter Magazine, one of the leading wine magazines. This is a first in the history of the festival, and will put forward Lebanese wines which can boast on the international stage and be included with all the good wines worldwide. The visit of 3 personalities (Mesdames Sarah Kemp, Christelle Guibert & Pauline Dubreuil), will shine the light on Lebanese wines and encourage professionals and wine lovers alike to carry out interesting exchanges during the festival.
«Wine and tasting» will be the theme of the event which will focus on aromas, flavors and the taste of wine.

The program at Vinifest offers a rich calendar of activities.
Blind tasting, tasting competition, cooking shows, etc... Finally, and more than the wine, music will make heads spin, as this year, we will be spoiled with amazing bands, the night club «Al Mandaloun» being our entertainment sponsor.

In his address, Z. Chaoui, president of the UVL and chairman of Château Ksara, has specially insisted on the fact that «wine is our national pride and its reputation has been established beyond the shadow of the doubt».
Mr. R. Hochar, Vice-President of the INVV and Chairman of Château Musar, announces that «Vinifest enhances the culture of wine among the Lebanese public».
Mr. H. Ahmetov, Director of the Russian Cultural Centre, announces that the «Russian embassy is happy to participate at Vinifest and encourages the commercial and cultural exchanges between Lebanon and Russia».
Mr. L. Lahoud, General Director of Ministry of Agriculture, was proud of the achievements of Lebanese wines.
Mrs. N. Farah, founder of Eventions, has encouraged «wine lovers to visit Vinifest which has now become a leading event that meets eveyone's expectations».
