Within the framework of their ongoing CSR initiatives and special activities, Rotana Hotels celebrated the International Women's Day at both Gefinor Rotana and Raouché Arjaan by Rotana hotels, on the 7th and 8th of March, by gathering its employees and hotels' guest - men and women - as a gesture of honor and recognition to women and to their efforts towards the society.
Raouché Arjaan by Rotana Hotel had its special way to praise its women employees, who were offered in the early morning a purple tulip as a token of acknowledgment and appreciation for their efforts. Each flower came with a clear message, in which the hotel reminds every woman of how unique and distinctive she is; just like the flower. This wonderful day culminated with a special gathering of hotel's employees and guests at Bella Vita Café & Terrace, to enjoy this happy occasion.
The festive spirit embraced Gefinor Rotana Hotel as well, where the General Manager Frank Royer chose to honor the hotel's women employees in his way, by offering them a small cake specially made for this occasion. Commenting on the celebration, Frank Royer said: "Women are the core of the society and it is essential to appreciate their efforts and the active role they play, every day and not only on the International Women's Day, and we at Rotana Hotels would like to thank our women employees who exert great efforts to ensure the progress of our hotel." The special day continued with a gathering of hotel's employees and guests who celebrated this happy occasion altogether.
Both hotels' guests joined the employees to celebrate altogether this special occasion and symbolic flowers and small cakes were offered to all present women. Employees and hotels' guests were then invited to cut a cake and conclude this special day.
This activity is part of a series of internal activities continuously held by Rotana Hotels, to honor their staff, and prove to be committed to support them and the Lebanese society in its various causes.
