Under the patronage of H.E the Ambassador of Italy in Lebanon, Mr. Giuseppe Morabito, Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace will be hosting an Italian culinary week entitled "La Dolce Vita", from May 30 till June7, at the hotel's renowned Venezia restaurant.
This sophisticated and elegant award-winning restaurant is the perfect setting for the event; the gondolas, bridges and Venetian architecture combined with the Italian hospitality will bring to guests the look and feel of Italy while the hotel's own Italian Executive Chef, Paolo Rocco, will concoct authentic Italian dishes for an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
"Italy and Lebanon are linked by an life-long friendship, rooted in their common Mediterranean heritage, ancient civilizations and years of common history, intense trade relations and deep cultural and human exchanges", said Naif Zureikat, General Manager of Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace.
