On June 4th, the NGO Jouzour Loubnan celebrated its 7 years of green success as it launched its Environmental Awareness Campaign. The 4th fundraising annual dinner entitiled “Sahriyet Jouzour Loubnan” was held at Sultan Ibrahim Restaurant – Jounieh Bay. The dinner was held under the patronage and in the presence of H.E. Ambassador Angelina Eichhorst, head of the delegation of the European Union to Lebanon.
The event gathered for than 500 attendees who celebrated the plantation of 200,000 thousand trees and encouraged the NGO to keep moving forward towards a greener Loubnan.
Jouzour Loubnan’s reforestation projects and annual awareness campaign was launched under the theme: “I want to plant more trees in Lebanon! Help me!”
