Under the high patronage of the minister of tourism, Mr. Michel Pharaon and in the presence of the guest of honor, prince Rostilav Rostilavitch Raomanoff of Russia, the 17th. Bal International des Débutantes took place on the 1st of November 2014, at La Salle des Ambassadeurs, Casino du Liban.
The event was organized by Madame Regina Fenianos; one of Lebanon's most successful fundraisers and charity patrons, whereas, the breath taking decorative setup was created by Level; Toni Breiss, PARIS. Mrs. Regina started the ceremony with few of her words, followed by a dinner and a fashion show by Mango. It all ended with energy on the dance floor...
