Adele and Cheryl Cole are the richest young musicians in Britain and Ireland, according to the Sunday Times Rich List, which was announced today.

Adele topped the list of music millionaires under the age of 30 with a fortune of £30 million, up from £20million in 2012.
The news marks a particularly momentous year for Adele, who welcomed her first child with partner Simon Konecki, and won an Oscar for her theme tune to the latest James Bond thriller, Skyfall. Her album, 21, was the best-selling album in the world for the second year in a row in 2012.
