A self-confessed cougar grandmother has revealed how she uses dating apps to have sex up to three times a week.
Hattie Retroage, 82, from New York, enjoys nights of passion with men up to three decades younger than her, and insists she's never been rejected by a younger man.
The mother-of-two, who has two children and three grandchildren and has been single for 35 years since her divorce, told Femail: 'The cougar never pursues younger men.
'There are men that want older women and they are handsome, and buff, and all sorts of great things.'
She said of the men in their 50s she meets on Tinder: 'I have never met a man who doesn't want to f*** me.
'I tell them in advance that I have to meet them for chemistry. We go out for a drink, and if the chemistry is right, we go to my apartment, and if not then we just leave each other.'

The grandmother, who started her career as a dancer, now works as a life coach and writer.
She trained at an arts college in New York, before meeting her ex-husband and opening a dance school together.
As her children grew up, she became a psychoanalyst in order to support them through college.
This led to the breakdown of her marriage, and the couple divorced when they were in their 50s in 1984, as she says: 'He did not work harder to get them to go to college, and that is what broke up our marriage.'

'He became rageful and ugly to me, as I charged $100 and he charged $9 for dance classes. But that ultimately freed me.'
Hattie began to use her dance knowledge with her psychoanalysis clients, and began to give people 'movement therapy'.
'I was touching people, able to find blocks in people's body's and tap or pound them out for release,' she said.
She began dating men around her age, but found that they weren't able to perform as she wanted them to in bed.
'Older men are not adept at giving women orgasms,' she said.

She explained: 'One day I went out with a 60-year-old, and we had a lovely dinner and we were going back to his house when I found myself looking into a room with Beatles posters on the wall, and hockey sticks and stinky socks and I just thought - that's who I want to sleep with, not this man.'
Hattie then put an advert in the paper saying that she wanted to sleep with men under the age of 35, and found she was bombarded with requests.
She insists that any woman wanting to follow her lead needs to practice 'loving and honouring' her body as a way to keep it active after menopause.
'The sex tip I'm giving people is masturbate for God's sake. You must keep the engine going whether you feel like it or not,' she explained.

'Women have to attune themselves to giving themselves orgasms, having their body go through that vibratory force through their body. Keep that alive.'
Revealing herself to be 'multi-orgasmic', Hattie also suggests watching porn as a way to engage with sexuality, and says the key to life is to 'always have integrity'.
The grandmother also implores congratulating your partner when he is aroused, explaining that men loving their penis is 'their strength.'

The grandmother admits that while her daughter, Rama, 53 is 'amazing' and supportive of how open she is about her sexuality, her son, Josh, 57 is slightly less convinced.
She said: 'My son Josh and his wife hate it - they have two sons who are in college, and they won't let them read my work about sex.'
Hattie keeps fit by visiting her local pool and practicing fitness routines, as well as taking vitamins which keep her feeling fit.

And while she says she would rather not age, she has grown to love her body.
'I would prefer my body not to have wrinkles but I'm not going to make a big deal of it.
'You see fat people, skinny people, one armed people - and everybody is f****** - everybody does!'
