Despite the current situation in Lebanon, the international Franco-Lebanese desert runner Ali Wehbi, ran from Beirut to Jbaa, A 75 km, achieved in 9 hours 23 minutes 33 seconds. With 3669 meters of elevation gain, the finish line was at the highest peak of Jebel Safi in Jbaa.
It was a difficult race, which ended successfully.
“Despite the economic crisis, I did my best to achieve the objective of the event and to support many people in need,” Ali said.
As for the next step, wehbi said that "it will be in Europe, according to my social development program for autism awareness - Autism Together".
