Lawyers for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are due to appear in court to make a criminal complaint against the photographer who took topless photos of the Kate Middleton while she sunbathed in the south of France.
A tawdry Italian magazine owned by Silvio Berlusconi was set to publish 50 photos of the Duchess of Cambridge topless.
Yet Prince William and Kate appeared anything but angry as they continued their royal tour, delighting thousands of fans in the South Pacific.
The photos were originally published in the French magazine Closer, which is separate from its UK version, while the Irish Daily Star republished them and Italian magazine Chi, like Closer published by the Mondadori media group owned by former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi, said it would devote a special edition to the 13 pictures.
