The reality star, Kim Kardashian, announced the good news in a teaser at the end of the mid-season finale for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" on Sunday night. "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" Kim tells her sister Khloe in the clip.
Kim has made no secret of the fact that she's been eager to grow her family of three despite her difficult first pregnancy, and she's documented how hard it's been to get pregnant again on the E! reality series. With her daughter North West less than a month away from turning 2, Kardashian and her husband Kanye West have been vigorously trying for baby No. 2.
