Most of us remember where we were when we heard the news of actor Paul Walker tragically passing away in a car accident. It was an emotional moment for everyone that knew him and of him.
However, it was particularly difficult for his co-worker and friend Vin Diesel, who took the news extremely hard. Vin always said Paul was a brother to him, and that he always had his back, which is why he wanted to do something extra special to remember his friend.
First, he named his daughter after Paul because of the advice he gave him the first time he heard Vin was expecting his first child.
‘I can remember just like yesterday he said to me, ‘ A lot of tough guys will tell you to wait in the hallway, don’t go in the delivery room. [Paul said] but Vin, go into that delivery room, be present and cut that umbilical cord and it will be the best day of your life,’ Vin Disel said.[providr]
