Summer just got a whole lot sweeter! Shake Shack® has launched three new frozen custard cookie concretes, which will be available at all its locations from May 1^st to June 19^th.

Shake Shack's frozen custard-dense, rich and creamy ice cream, spun fresh daily-is the real deal! We've taken our freshly-made frozen custard and blended it with freshly-baked cookies to bring you three new, limited-time, cookie concretes: Sugar Cookie Concrete (vanilla frozen custard blended with crumbled sugar cookie, strawberry puree and rainbow sprinkles); Chocolate Chip Cookie Concrete (vanilla frozen custard blended with crumbled chocolate chip cookie and caramel sauce); and Peanut Butter Cookie Concrete (chocolate frozen custard blended with crumbled peanut butter cookie, marshmallow sauce and chocolate sprinkles).

Now that's the way the cookie crumbles!

Our recipes use only real sugar, no corn syrup, and milk from farmers who pledge not to use artificial growth hormones. Frozen custard is featured in Shake Shack's signature hand-spun concretes (frozen custard blended at high speed with mix-ins); you can make your own or choose from a selection of signature concretes. Each Shack features a selection of location-specific concretes.

The menu includes Shake Shack's signature vanilla and chocolate frozen custard as well as seven signature hand-spun shakes (vanilla, chocolate, caramel, black & white, strawberry, peanut butter and coffee Fair Shake). And we're not stopping there! Every Shack offers a monthly custard calendar featuring a new flavor each week.
