The Printing and Publishing Group is soliciting submissions to be considered for the Dubai International Print Awards (DIPA) 2014, held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, under the auspices of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and with the special attendance of Sheikh Hasher Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, Director General of Dubai Information Department. The Award recognizes and rewards the best of the regional printing industry, and the ceremony, on April 28, 2014, promises to be a prestigious industry gathering and networking event.
Mohammed Al Hashimi, Chairman, Printing and Publishing Group, said: "In the run-up to this year's Awards ceremony, we are confident of exceeding last year's achievements in terms of number of entries, and the overall quality of submissions. Submission centres have been identified across the GCC and Levant Region, and details on the submission categories, criteria, and other information is available on www.ppguae.com. Broadly, the categories are Offset printing, Digital printing, large-format digital inkjet printing, Flexographic printing, and Rotogravure printing.
