    25 november 2014

Le Télégraphe de Belle-Vue and Chateau Belle-Vue Winery, the renowned restaurant and winery in Bhamdoun, expand to include a boutique hotel to their portfolio.

Nestled in the beautiful town of Bhamdoun, Le Télégraphe de Belle-Vue is the perfect destination to replenish your spirit with fresh mountain air and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding valleys.

Seven unique suites were created over two floors of the historic former residence of the French Ambassador to Iraq and Jordan. Situated at the edge of the village, overlooking the vineyards, each room offers a rustic fireplace and luxurious simplicity.

Its menu reflecting each season, the restaurant offers a variety of freshly prepared, house-made specialties using local ingredients and produce from the restaurant's very own organic kitchen garden when available.Accompanied by award-winning wines from Belle-Vue's own vineyards, guests are in for an unforgettable dining experience. Scenic vineyard tours and wine tastings are also available upon request.

For fifteen years, Chateau Belle-Vue has worked to salvage a heritage of viticulture in Bhamdoun by replanting its historic vineyards.Additionally, in conjunction with Le Télégraphe, every effort is made to support local businesses and craftsmen, utilizing the local workforce whenever possible.

Commenting on the above, co-owner Jill Boutros, said, "From the very first, our goal has been to preserve Bhamdoun's heritage, support the community and craft extraordinary wines.  The Belle-Vue team is committed to excellence - our goal is to deliver an intimate, warm and relaxed atmosphere where our guests feel at home from the moment they cross the threshold."

Le Télégraphe de Belle-Vueproves that dreams do come true. With the addition of a boutique hotel, guests can now indulge in complete luxury with a walk amongst the vines, a scrumptious meal with fabulous wine next to a roaring fire, and finally, the sleep of your dreams.
