"Energetic floor workshop"
The workshop is based on floor work.
Exercising on knowing the different parts of our body through different movement combinations on the floor.
Working on the center in connection with the rest of the body and while adding speed remaining in control of the forces that pass through the body.
In extension finding a game of interaction with the others and the space.
This workshop is designed for semi-pros and pros.
Option 1 :
1st session : Friday 5th , Saturday 6th , Sunday 7th
2nd session : Friday 12th , Saturday 13th , Sunday 14th
Hours :
Friday : 7:00 till 10:00 PM
Saturday : 4:00 till 7:00 PM
Sunday : 5:00 till 8:00 PM

*Lodie Kardouss
is a french contemporary dancer based in Brussels.
Since she graduated P.A.R.T.S., Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker's contemporary dance school in Brussels, she has performed with different dance companies.
Jean Abreu Dance Company (U.K), Charleroi-Danses/ Michèle Anne De Mey (BE), The Forsythe Company on an installation/performance, Le Lab & l'Orchestre des Champs Elysées (FR), La Monnaie Brussels Opera (BE),
Willi Dorner (AT), Romeo Castellucci (IT), Cindy Van Acker (BE), Les gens d'Uterpan (F), Mancopy Dansecompagni (DK) with Jens Bjerregaard (DK), Dominique Porte (FR/CA), Kuik Swee Boon (SGP) Rachel Erdos (ISR), Tim Feldmann (DK/USA) and Tomomi Yamauchi (DK/JP).
As well as performing she works as a choreographer with Le Lab (F) and as Willi Dorner's assistant on productions of Bodies in urban spaces.
She gives dance conferences in different venues in Brussels and she is involved in pedagogical actions and is invited in many countries to give workshops.
