Nahla Khaddage Bou Diab, Chief Operating Officer at Al-Mawarid Bank s.a.l. was recently named amongst the Leading Arab Women influencers in Economy and Banking Industry in 2015. Bou Diab was honored during a high profile Gala Dinner held on the sidelines of the 20th edition of the Annual Arab Banking Conference organized by the Union of Arab Bankers (UAB), under the patronage of His Excellency Tamam Salam PM of Lebanon.
The Dinner organized at the Biel's Pavillion Royal, gathered renowned economic and banking figures including government officials, politicians and socialites in addition to 100 Chief Operating Officers from different Arab banks and institutions.
Mrs. Nahla Bou Diab's career boasts more than 32 years of management experience in Canada and Lebanon. She spearheaded the restructuring of numerous organizations namely the Central Bank of Canada. She moved back to Lebanon in 1997, to launch the Management Consulting Services for Ernst & Young in the country. While being currently COO of Al-Mawarid Bank and teaching in AUB's Executive MBA program, Mrs. Bou Diab pursues her doctoral Degree in Business Administration. She has a MBA and is a Certified Management Consultant.
